Conferences, Workshops & Schools Attended
This page records the academic conferences, workshops and summer/winter schools that I have attended since my sophomore year. The events cover a broad spectrum of fundamental physics and mathematics—ranging from quantum gravity and holography to non-equilibrium quantum dynamics and condensed-matter theory. I have taken on various roles across these activities, from regular participant to poster presenter. This list reflects my continuous effort to broaden my academic horizons, engage with frontier ideas, and maintain an active presence in interdisciplinary research.
It should be noted that participating in these academic events during my undergraduate years took up a great deal of my in-class and after-class study time; at the same time, the uncertainty about the direction of my academic pursuits and the confusion in choosing my ideal research field also affected my learning state, which eventually led to a decline in my undergraduate academic performance in the later stage. However, after graduation, I have carried out extensive and intensive self-study on undergraduate and graduate-level mathematics and physics. Up to now, I have a solid and excellent grasp of the relevant knowledge foundation, even though this cannot be reflected in my undergraduate academic transcript.
Before mastering sufficient knowledge, I frequently attended conferences, workshops and summer/winter schools domestically and abroad as an undergraduate, which only served to broaden my academic horizons and strengthen my determination to pursue an academic career. Since graduation, I have devoted myself to the study of foundational and advanced topics in mathematics and physics.
